Terms of Service

1. The service

NEONAIVIDEO turns a text prompt into a short AI-generated neon music-video concept. You describe a scene, choose an aspect ratio and duration, and the studio renders a clip.

2. Your account

You can sign in with Google or with an email address and password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You must be 18 or older to create an account. You are responsible for the prompts you submit and for how you use the videos you generate.

4. Prohibited content

You may not use NEONAIVIDEO to create, request or share content in any of the following six categories:

1. Sexual or NSFW content — pornography, nudity, sexualised depictions of any person, or any content that sexualises a minor.

2. Violence or gore — graphic violence, injury, blood, cruelty, self-harm, suicide, or instructions for harming people or animals.

3. Hate speech — content that attacks, dehumanises or incites hostility against people on the basis of race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation or age.

4. Child safety (CSAM) — any sexual or abusive depiction of a minor, or any content that endangers a minor. This is strictly prohibited, is reported to the relevant authorities, and leads to immediate permanent termination.

5. Deepfakes and impersonation — using a real person’s face or voice to mislead, defraud, harass, or falsely imply that person’s endorsement, including public figures and private individuals.

6. Copyright and trademark infringement — using footage, music, logos, characters or other material that you do not own or have a licence to use.

Accounts that produce prohibited content may be suspended or terminated immediately, with credits forfeited where required by law.

5. Reporting violations

If you see content generated through NEONAIVIDEO that breaks these rules, email [email protected] with the subject line “Content report”, including the result link, the account involved and a short description.

Reports about child safety are treated as urgent and escalated first.

6. Content moderation

Prompts pass automated checks before a video is generated, and reported videos are reviewed against the six categories above. We aim to review standard reports within 3 business days; urgent child-safety reports are reviewed as soon as they arrive.

Where a violation is confirmed we remove the content, suspend or terminate the account, and, for child-safety issues or credible threats, report to the relevant authorities.

7. AI models used

Videos on this site are generated with third-party AI video models accessed through our model provider. Prompts are sent to the model provider only for the purpose of rendering your video.

We do not train models on your prompts, and we do not sell your generated videos.

8. Credits and purchases

Each generated video consumes credits based on its length. Credit packs are one-time purchases, handled by our payment provider. Failed generations are refunded to your balance automatically.

9. AI-generated content and licence

Videos are machine-generated and may contain visual artifacts. Subject to these terms, you may use the videos you generate for personal and commercial social posts.

10. Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
