What we collect
Account data: your email address and sign-in method (Google or email + password). Usage data: the prompts you submit, the neon AI videos generated from them, credit balances and purchase records. Technical data: IP address and country from Cloudflare request headers, and the browser user-agent, used for security and abuse prevention.
How we use it
To operate your account, render your videos, process purchases, keep an audit trail for fraud prevention, and answer support requests. We do not sell your data.
Third parties
Sign-in is handled by Google OAuth. Emails (verification codes) are sent through Resend. Payments are processed by our payment provider, which notifies us when an order completes. Prompts and generated results are stored in object storage and sent to our model provider only to render your video.
Retention and deletion
Generated videos are kept in your history so you can preview and download them again. Write to [email protected] to request deletion of your account and associated media; we action verified requests within 30 days.
Cookies
We set a single session cookie when you sign in. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used.
